Yih-teen Lee Professor of Managing People in Organizations, expertise lies in the area of leadership, leading cross cultural integration and multicultural teams and strategic human resource management. He has worked with CEO s and leaders of various high growth organizations to align their Human Resource plan to help drive the strategic plan forward effectively, including companies such as Haier, Dow Chemical, Deloitte, and UNICEF. His research works appear in several leading journals, and is a member of the Editorial Board of The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of World Business, and Advances in Global Leadership. The cost to the company is 21,300 for an SME and 26,700 for a large company. These programme fees are inclusive of grant aided under De Minimus by company size pending eligibility. Company size definitions can be found on the application form. Price includes accommodation and meals in the overseas locations during modules but does not include overseas travel costs. Programme fees must be paid upon notice of acceptance to the programme.
