26 In October 2016, the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO signed a MoU with HKUST Business School to collaborate on academic exchange, executive programmes and research. The collaboration aims to contribute to the economic and social development of Russia, Hong Kong, Greater China and emerging economies along China's Belt and Road Initiative. In 2017 June, both parties signed a three-year Cooperation Agreement to deepen the strategic partnership.
