4 UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (B.A.) 3-YEAR PROGRAM A TRULY INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM AIM TO: Develop students critical appreciation of the role of managers in a global context with a focus on a chosen geographical location (Asia, Europe, America, Middle East). Prepare students to design and follow their own continuing professional development with the ability to specialize in third year. PROGRAM STRUCTURE Students will have the opportunity to spend one semester abroad during their second year at one of our 130 partner universities from around the world including China, USA, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Argentina... A 6 months internship is undertaken at the end of the program allowing students to apply their theoretical knowledge to a real situation. This opportunity helps to further develop professional and academic skills such as teamwork, communication and organizational skills, problem-solving and leadership. DEGREE Bachelor of ESDES/UCLy. LANGUAGE The language of instruction is English with French language classes all through the program. Students must also choose a third language to study during the three-year program. CLASSES In the European system, a fulltime student takes 30 ECTS per semester. The overall program is worth 180 ECTS. DURATION 3 years. CANDIDATE PROFILE Year 1 hold a recognized high school diploma or end of secondary school certificate (Baccalaureate, A levels...) be in good academic standing have at least a B2 level of English. Year 3 Direct entry in year 3 is possible if the applicant has validated 2 years of undergraduate studies equivalent to 120 ECTS. The professors and students in this program come from a wide array of different backgrounds. Students who apply to this program will have the huge advantage of studying with international students, and therefore are in complete immersion and understanding of different cultures and societies. PROGRAM OUTLINE 1 st Year - INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS FOUNDATION Semester 1: Organization and Innovation, History of Economics and Economic Facts, Basic Accounting, Introduction to Law, Marketing and Sales... Semester 2: Entrepreneurial Processes, Geopolitics, Cost Accounting, Market Research, French Commercial Law... 2 nd Year - INTERNATIONALIZATION Semester 1: Entrepreneurial Opportunities and Creativity, Human Resources Management, Business Ethics, Social and Economic Policies, Operational and Strategic Marketing, Business Law, Financial Analysis... 6 GRADUATE PROGRAMS MASTER DEGREE GRANDE ÉCOLE 2-YEAR PROGRAM BECOME AN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LEADER The Master program is a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical experiences provided by academics and professionals. It aims to give students the capability of evaluating the complexity of the international business arena by providing them with analytical tools for key decision-making processes. Students will also develop their communication, leadership and teamwork skills. Interactive learning methods are used in the program such as business simulation, conferences on international business issues or storytelling by corporate leaders. You can enter the Master degree program for 2 years or in Integrated Master Program for 5 years.
