3 Welcome to the 2017 IESE Global Alumni Reunion As the academic director of the 2017 Global Alumni Reunion, it is a great pleasure to welcome you to this emblematic IESE event, which is so important for everyone who forms part of the IESE community, particularly our alumni from across the world. The objective is to help us address the challenges, opportunities and responsibilities that correspond to innovative companies in addressing the changes and disruptions that are taking place in the global context. With this purpose as a backdrop, we have designed a program covering a wide range of topics with toplevel speakers, all of them agents of change in different organizations and sectors. We hope it may result in a strong opportunity for your reflection, participation and engaged learning.
