It covers a total of 75,000 feet and incorporates state of the art functions to facilitate the corporate lifestyle at HBL. nec is currently in the process of completing this project, and hopes to add another high quality building to its repertoire.

The Aman Tower consists of 2 basements, a ground level and 13 floors. It also consists of 12 residential suites, four seminar halls that can seat up to 240 people, two lecture theatres with 100 person capacity each, eight classrooms, IT and Faculty Floors, Gymnasium, extensive parking space and a library. All electrical scopes of the Aman Tower were covered with quality execution.

Scope : Electrical Details: By far the most prestigious and well renound Business Universities of Pakistan, IBA invested in expanding and turning their campus into something like their reputation. With an idea for introducing new towers to add to its already brilliant infrastructure. Namely, Aman CED, New Academic Block, New Student Centre and a Boys Hostel. With ground-breaking changes in the infrastructure, IBA managed to implement a dream, which they call the Futurists Physical Expansion. As a nucleus of educational activities at IBA Karachi, the three-storied Academic Building covers an area of 51,300 square feet and accommodates classrooms, seminar and breakout rooms, faculty offices and computer labs. The Academic Building along with all its sister buildings, provides a space which caters to the psychology of a modern learning environment as well as a place for student association, social interaction and relaxation.
