1 Data Tip: Duplicated and Unduplicated Student Counts When reporting student counts in the CRDC, there may be cases where a student falls into more than one bucket or category. The guidance below describes which counts should be unduplicated and when a student may be counted more than once in a given table. Here is a typical CRDC table for student counts. Please note that the greyed out boxes will be calculated by the system. Indian Race and Gender When reporting counts by race/ethnicity and gender, student should be counted in one and only one of the available boxes. All students must be included in the counts by race and gender. Indian For more information about reporting race/ethnicity, see the Data Tip: Race/Ethnicity Reporting.
2 Students If a student is an student, they will be counted once in the boxes for race and gender (above) and once in the box for by gender. If a student is a student with a disability, they will be counted once in the section for Race and Gender (above) and once in the boxes. A student may be counted only once in ) or the columns, but not both. If a student receives services under both IDEA and Section 504, report that student in the count. Please note that not all questions have ) counts. Do not include these students in counts.

Note that the data element for program participation also includes a count for students with disabilities under IDEA. School Part 2, Question 9 Indian IDEA Students who are : Students who are : Students who are : Students enrolled in Programs: Students enrolled in Programs: Students enrolled in Programs:
5 In the table above, the boxes for IDEA students who are is greyed out. This information is collected in School Part 2, Question 0. This same student would appear in this table below. School Part 2, Question 0 Hispanic or Latino of any race Indian or Alaska Native Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific disabilities served under IDEA: disabilities served under IDEA: disabilities served under IDEA: disabilities served under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 973, but not served under IDEA: disabilities served under Section 504 of the disabilities served under Section 504 of the Example 3 A male student of two or more that is a student with disabilities under Section 504.
