1 James Feeney, Ph.D.,CCC-SLP Associate Professor and Chair Communications Sciences and Disorders Department Dr. Feeney is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department at the College of Saint Rose, in Albany New York. Dr. Feeney has over twenty years of experience working with individuals with complex communication needs. Dr. Feeney has also presented extensively to international, national, regional, and local audiences on topics such as augmentative and alternative communication, literacy-learning, individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and supervision. Dr. Feeney has also been an educational consultant to local schools for over fifteen years, assisting speech-language pathologists, teachers, and staff who work with individuals with complex communication and behavioral needs.
