6 Reviewing Student Fees Registration staff can review a student s classes and charges by selecting Review Student s Classes and Charges from the Registration Form using the options menu To access a student s registration and charges from the main registration menu, select the Student Course/Fee Assessment Query Form (SFAREGF) The Student Registration History and Extension Form (SFARHST) can be used to view all registration history, extension and completion dates. 16 Reviewing the Account Detail Account Detail Review Form (TSAAREV) Used for viewing and updating charges to a student's account. 17 Using the Fee Assessment Report Assists in troubleshooting and debugging fee assessment processing Lists various data values stored for a student that have the potential to meet registration assessment rule criteria Can be used as a tool for institutions to evaluate their processing rules or check on a specific group of students 18 6
