2 GENERAL RULES Matches will be played at the sports complex. Matches will be conducted as per the latest rules of the games concerned. Tournaments will be conducted on league or knock out basis depending upon the number of entries. The opening ceremony will be held on 0 th Sep 00 at 0:00 a.m. Players must be properly attired as per the regulations of the game. Point system for the league matches are winners 0, losers 0, draw 0 each. For the over all trophy game winners 0, runners up 0, third position 0 and fourth position 0 Swimming and Cross Country for overall trophy : Winner 0, Runners up, Third 0 and Fourth 0 Points system for the open events Winner, Runners up, Third and Fourth Schools are requested to avoid common players in two games as far as possible so that all matches can be held without any delay. Request for change of fixtures and timings will not be entertained. However, organizers retain the right of alteration in this matter. In view of categories to be completed within days, teams must be prepared to play more than one match in a day. Vacant courts will be provided for practice as per availability. Teams must co operate with each other for practice time. Teams must report at the playing areas 0 minutes ahead of their scheduled match time. In case the team fails to report even after 0 minutes of the starting time of the match, the opponents will be awarded the match. Teams fielding other than bonafide students, will be summarily disqualified from the tournament and the heads of such schools will be informed accordingly. Juniors can play in senior category, however they are allowed to play only in one category. Seniors are not allowed to play in junior s category. No protest will be entertained on the decision of the referee. Protest on technical points, if any, has to be submitted to the organizing secretary in writing duly signed by the concerned coach / manager with in 0 minutes of the completion of the game. A protest fee of Rs. 00/ has to be paid along with the letter. If the protest is upheld the amount will be refunded. Players list once submitted cannot be altered. Behaviour of teams both on and off the field is the responsibility of concerned team managers. Vegetarian food will be provided for all the participants including the officials, managers and coaches. Bringing and consuming non vegetarian food including eggs, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products inside campus is strictly prohibited. Violators of this rule will be asked to vacate the campus immediately. Special lounges will be arranged for the school team contingents. Managers must ensure that their students take rest in that designated area during their free time instead of walking around the campus. Students must hold their ID cards with them & have to produce whenever required.
