1 The Regular Meeting of the Board of Education of the Canal Winchester Local School District was held in Room 204 at 100 Washington Street on September 17, The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by the President, Debra Waites, and upon roll call the following members were present: Mr. Matthew S. Krueger, Mr. Brian J. Niceswanger, Mr. Robert Toledo, Jr., Mrs. Debra M. Waites., and Mr. Michael A. Yonnotti. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. RES.# ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA Motion by Mr. Niceswanger, seconded by Mr. Yonnotti, to accept the Superintendent s recommendation to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes: Mr. Niceswanger, Mr. Toledo, Mrs. Waites, Mr. Yonnotti, Mr. Krueger, and the Board went into the Executive Session at 7:50 p.m. The Board returned from the Executive Session at 8:53 p.m., no business having been conducted during the Executive Session.
