2 AIN/ 0014/ June, 2018 Dear Members of AINACS, The 51 st General Body Meeting and National Convention for the year 2018 of All India Association of Catholic Schools (AINACS) will be held from 18 th to 21 st October, Venue - City Montessori School, Quality Building, Sector D, Kanpur Road LDA Colony, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh N.B. : There are 25 branches of City Montessori School in Lucknow. Make sure that you arrive at L.D.A colony branch, Gate No. 7. Distance from Airport to School is about 5 kms and 10 kms from Railway station. Dates - 18 th evening to 21 st October 1.00 p.m. Registration at the venue a.m. onwards (18 th ) Holy Eucharist p.m. Inaugural Function p.m. The convention will be concluded on 21 st October with lunch. PLEASE NOTE: I. Registration: This convention is exclusively for registered members of AINACS. New Membership is open. Log on to 1. Registration is to be done before 15 th August, Non Members & On the Spot registration with Rs. 1000/- extra. 3. Registration is to be done only through AINACS office in the prescribed Registration form. 4. Fill only one name in one Registration form with individual Draft. 5. DD should be made separately for Convention/New Membership/Subscription. 6. More than one name in one Registration Form will not be accepted.

3 7. Additional forms if required may be photocopied. 8. No changes will be allowed after submitting the registration form. 9. Registration receipt with barcode will be mailed. 10. Registration receipt with barcode should be brought to the convention. 11. Convention kit will be issued against registration receipt. 12. Registration amount is non-refundable. 13. I.D will be issued at the reception. 14. Entry to the auditorium will be restricted with I.D. Accommodation: 1. Shared Accommodation will be arranged at the Convention Centre itself and is limited to first come first served basis. Others will be accommodated in hotels. 2. Single accommodation will be arranged only in hotels. 3. Accommodation will not be arranged if not booked before 15 th August. 4. Accommodation will be booked from 1.00 p.m. on 18 th Oct. to p.m. on 21 st Oct. 5. Overstay before or after this period or any other facilities including food availed has to be paid individually.
