1 St Vincent s Campus Alumni MINUTES Of the Annual General Meeting held at 6.30pm on 1 June 2012 at in the Function Room of St Vincent s Clinic, 438 Victoria Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 The meeting opened at 6.30 pm 1. 2 3. Welcome and Prayer Sr Anthea led the prayer Prayer for Peace. Dr Williams welcomed everyone to the AGM and reiterated the role and function of the Alumni. Dr Williams thanked the current Executive Committee for their support over the last two years. 4. Confirmation of Minutes of the meeting 3 June 2011 Dr Williams requested to confirmation of the minutes of 3 June Sr Anthea Groves moved that the minutes were accepted and this was seconded by Dr John Casey. Dr Williams signed the minutes. 5. Treasurer s Report Ms Richardson reported that for the Year Ended 30 April 2012 the Alumni had retained funds of $4,619. This includes all transactions from last year s functions but does not include any of the transactions (income or expenditure) from this year s function. The financial statements were accepted, nominated by Mrs Mary-Rose Williams and Seconded by Mrs Anne Sheridan. 6. Correspondence Nil 7.
