10 Important Instructions for the participants. Only one table will be given for the display of one exhibit / model. Charts should be of normal size (not more than two charts).. No exhibitor shall be allowed to display his / her charts on the walls / display boards.. As the weather is unpredictable, the students must bring coversheets for the protection of the Exhibit / Model from rain.. The Exhibit / Model may be improved with minor changes.. Participants must submit a neatly typed write up of the Exhibit / Model with a photograph of the Exhibit / Model on the registration day. Five minutes video presentation in CD by the student about the exhibit containing (i) title of the exhibit (ii) sub-theme of the exhibit (iii) work-ing of the exhibit (iv) scientific principle involved in it (v) application etc. should also be sent along with the write-up.. A certificate/undertaking from the Head of the Institute that: - the exhibit / model has been prepared by the student - it has not been purchased from the market, - the cost of making the model is not more than Rs. 000/- and - the model is according to the prescribed guidelines of the NCERT. should be submitted at the time of registration.
