1 Notification Date: 05/03/2018 A Committee is hereby formed to facilitate the Hostel Admission for the provisionally selected boarders in the Boys Hostel of New Town campus. The Committee comprises of: 1. Mr. Golam Sarowar Hossain, Member, HMC & Warden 2. Dr. Akhtarul Alam Khan, Member, HMC & Warden 3. Ms. Lichia Khatun 4. Mr. Moloy Krishna Dan 5. Mr. Md. Musha 6. Mr. Syed Mostaq Ali, Maintenance Section 7. Mr. Ajit Mondal, Electrician 8. Security Officer 9. Securities of the Boys Hostel of New Town campus Procedure to take admission: 1. Obtain Financial Clearance by paying requisite fees in the Finance Section. The existing boarders must obtain financial clearance for their tenure with Aliah University s rented hostels at Chingrighata & Mahishbathan. The existing boarders must tender the proof (money receipt) of submission of Caution Deposit. 2. The allocation of Room shall take place in the lobby (Ground Floor) of Boys hostel building of New Town Campus or in the CVS section of University building (whichever is convenient) after verification of Financial Clearance/ Fees payment and original marksheet/ distance certificate/ financial-condition certificate verification against which the online application has been made. As the list of boarders uploaded was provisional, it is liable to rejection if there is a mismatch between required document (as per notification), submitted document and original document even after payment of requisite fees/ obtaining financial clearance. The boarders are required to submit two sets of undertakings: (a) Self (b) Parent s/ Legal guardian s (to be submitted within 15 days from admission to the hostel) 3. The Room Keys may be obtained from the Caretakers deputed on adhoc basis. 4. The Mess charges shall be directly collected by the Adhoc Mess Committee and later on by the elected/ selected Mess Committee. The tenure of the Adhoc Mess Committee shall end on 31/03/2018. From 1/04/2018 new Mess Committee may be formed by applying appropriate method and in consultation with the Wardens and Caretakers (adhoc). The Adhoc Mess Committee (valid till 31/03/2018) has been comprised of the following members: a. Raju Mondal B.Ed-1 st year b. Mirza sabir Ahmed B.Ed-1 st year

The admission to Boys Hostel in New Town Campus shall follow the following schedule: Sl. No Year Existing boarders, Ph.D. scholars (list mentioned below) & PG final year students as per list mentioned below 4 th year & 5 th year (except PG final year students who took possession on 09/03/2018& 12/03/2018) 3 rd year (except PG final year students who took possession on 09/03/2018& 12/03/2018) 2 nd year (except PG final year students who took possession on 09/03/2018& 12/03/2018) 5 1 st year students Fees Submission 08/03/2018 & 09/03/ /03/2018 & 13/03/ /03/2018 & 15/03/ /03/2018 & 19/03/ /03/2018 & 21/03/2018 Room allocation 09/03/2018 & 12/03/ /03/2018 & 14/03/ /03/2018 & 16/03/ /03/2018 & 20/03/ /03/2018 & 22/03/2018 However, the screened and eligible boarders shall be allowed to take admission in the hostel till 31/03/2018. The seats remained unoccupied after 31/03/2018 shall be declared as vacant seats. The vacancy shall be filled up from the existing screened list of students by maintaining the same year-wise proportion and other-state quota.
