3 What worked or went well?: Division 25A Edwin Perez: Large attendance, great workshops, shade outside Division 25B Stephanie Nolasco: No charge for attendance = bigger outcome in attendance Division 25C Beth Leon: DCON Presentation created a lot of excitement and having someone managing the computer made the presentations flow easily Division 26A Felipe Montes De Oca: DCM attendance was very large. Lots of Kiwanians came to help out before, during, and after the event. Division 26B Antoinette Avila: Script helped a lot with time management and with finishing opening and closing session on time. Division 26C Cassie Manz: Having a tech guy helped fix technical issues quickly. What would you do different?: Division 25A Edwin Perez: A better head count to plan more efficiently and not having to change rooms last minute due to last minute set up. Division 25B Stephanie Nolasco: Getting enough food for members and LTGs. Getting wristbands to ensure registration was done. Get scripts out in advance so we can look over them beforehand. Division 25C Beth Leon: Having to move rooms was very inconvenient and all the power points should be on one computer. Division 26A Felipe Montes De Oca: Having more time for workshops. Get more Key Clubbers from the home club to help out. Division 26B Antoinette Avila: Make sure that people who arrive late are register. Fix problems with PC and MAC compatibility beforehand. If people start talking too loud, stop talking until they stop. Division 26C Cassie Manz: Have a master of ceremonies. Make parking a lot easier by using neon signs and having people outside helping to direct traffic. David MCcampbell: Offer preregistration or start onsite registration earlier to ensure no delay in starting the opening session on time.
