4 OPENING TIMES WEEKLY ON WEDNESDAY FROM 2:30pm to 3:30pm EFTPOS IS AVAILABLE ONLINE uniforms may be ordered online by clicking on the link on the school website, for delivery to classrooms on a Thursday. Uniforms may also be purchased by completing an order form, enclosing payment of cash or authority to debit credit card and either: Leaving the order form at the office; or ing order form to pferuniforms@bne.catholic.edu.au. Orders will be filled and delivered to classrooms on a Thursday. Order forms are available at the uniform shop, administration office and on the parent portal. *** PLEASE NOTE *** No responsibility is taken for cash that is sent to and from school with students. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Whilst we encourage you to return any faulty garments we ask that you check all garments carefully before wearing. Please return any faulty items before they have been washed or worn, as we are unable to return used goods to the manufacturer. Items may be exchanged if accompanied by original sales invoice and only if items are in original packaging with tags attached.

7 All students SOCKS - to be worn with formal & sports uniform at all times. Socks must have at least 5cm visible above ankle. HAT - Microfibre Hat WINTER - Bottle Green Jacket, Jumper and Track Suit Pants. All fabrics are suitable as long as colour is similar to that in shorts & sports skirts. Uniform shop only supplies a Polar Fleece zip Jacket. SWIMMING - Swimming lessons are in the first and last terms of the school year. - Prep has swimming in term 4 only. - Any colour swim suit may be worn. - Girl s to wear only a one piece suit and a sun safe shirt. - Boy s may wear Speedos or swim shorts and a sun safe shirt. - No Board Shorts - Swimming Caps in house colours to be worn LIBRARY - A water resistant library bag is required to transport library books to and from school. ALL STUDENTS Are to be respectful of their uniforms, keeping neat and clean. Checked shirts and polo shirts need to be tucked in for formal occasions and for arrival and departure from school. Girls checked formal dress The hemline should not be any shorter than 5cm above the knee. Hair is to be kept neat. Shoulder length and longer should be tied back with hair ties, only in school colours. Boys must have their hair out of their eyes, off their collar and away from their ears. For Work Health & Safety Compliance no jewellery to be worn with the exception of one pair of plain studs or sleeper earrings and a watch. Students may be instructed to remove all jewellery & watches when required for sport. Make up and nail polish is not to be worn. Valuables no valuables are to be brought to school. Parents are responsible for ensuring that students conform to the school uniform regulations. If there is a genuine reason why a student cannot wear the uniform at any time, it would be appreciated if you would send a note to the class teacher.

8 ST ANDREW S SCHOOL UNIFORM SHOP Uniform shop opening times are advertised in the school newsletter and website. All money raised from the Uniform Shop is passed directly to the school.
