2 INSTRUCTIONS 1. There is no formal examination for Classes I to V. Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation of the students is done throughout the year, based on which, promotion is decided. Weekly assessments are held on each Friday (or on another day in case Friday is a holiday) as mentioned in the Year Planner. The syllabus for each assessment will be given to the students a week before the assessment. 2. Please motivate your child to come to school regularly and on time. If a student is absent for any assessment due to illness, she/he must submit a medical certificate to be marked absent for the assessment. Absence due to any other reason will result in the student being given ZERO in the assessment. 3. NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO GO HOME EARLY AFTER THE FRIDAY WEEKLY ASSESSMENT OR ON ANY OTHER DAY FOR ANY REASON. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO TAKE THE ASSESSMENT IF SHE/HE IS UNWELL. 4. CHEATING OR USING UNFAIR MEANS DURING AN ASSESSMENT will lead to serious consequences and cancellation of the paper, with zero marks awarded for that assessment. 5. There will be no formal evaluation for Nursery & K.G. students during the year. Their promotion will be based on their performance in the class through the session. 6. It is mandatory for parents to attend all the Parent-Teacher Meetings during the session. They should meet all the teachers teaching their child. The schedule is given below :- Nursery & K.G.
