12 V i s a c o n d i t i o n s Section 500 Personal details we must always have your correct details on file Study program you must be engaged in a full time study program and you must maintain satisfactory grades Attendance you must attend a minimum of 80% of classes, and college program activities. Your attendance is checked every lesson and this is entered onto the computer system. The system checks your % attendance every day. Homestay changes you must not make any arrangements to change your homestay. We must be sure that you are staying in the place we have allocated at all times. Changes to school or study program changes may only be made by the college. If you want to make changes, you must see the Program Manager.
