Minaketan Vice Chairman & Principal, ODM Public School & Harish Sanduja (Principal, SAI International School) Secretary Sahodaya school complex Bhubaneswar will continue to be in their respective posts for 2 years. All the members congratulated for their tremendous work. * He also told all the members to be active in Whats app group and upgrade any information that is valid in the group. * Next Meeting is scheduled at DAV Kalinga Nagar School 4 th week of September Sat at 3:00pm. * Plan for sharing the process of New schools seeking approval for Sahodaya Memberships. Affiliation letter is a must for the new join School. * Chairman told about SAIMUN on 28 th,29 th & 30 th of July at SAI International School and OP Jindal workshop on 2 nd July at Mayfair leaflets given for both the events to all the members. * Extra marks wants to showcase some slides in the complex to all members. * Chairman asked all the members in the group to present their views one by one and each one was honoured to present their view and the meeting was conducted smoothly. 7. All members shared their feedback * Principal of DAV Unit VIII suggested that any new things that is introduced in the complex that should be discussed in the meetings first. * Principal of DAV Pokhariput suggested that this year there was an issue with ASL mark of English subject so if there lies such type of issues then all the members should be united together to face the problem. * New joined Principal Doon International School, Principal St.Xavier School Dhenkanal,& St.Xavier School Cuttack told that they are ready to work for the complex and will definitely be obliged to the complex.

5 * Principal St.Xavier School Kedargouri told he had invited all the members of Sahodaya Complex Bhubaneswar for their Annual function no body turned of so he was little annoyed. Chairman told that if the locally present members can come they it will be very good or else if they are packed up they will pass a note to the concerned member who had invited. 8. Vote of Thanks by Vice Chairman Dr.S.
