2 Eligibility : For Students soon going to Class VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Test Date : Sunday 25th March, 2018 & Sunday 8th April, 2018 Last Date to Register : In Person / Online Mode One Day before the respective Test Date By Post - One week before the Test Date Registration Fee : Rs. 700/- (Inclusive of Tax applicable) For Students registering for FIITJEE Test for the First Time : Rs. 500/- (Inclusive of Tax applicable) For Students who had registered for any FIITJEE Test in the Past : Rs. 400/- (Inclusive of Tax applicable) For Students who are enrolled in any FIITJEE Non-Classroom Program For Admission Test Date 8th April 2018: Students of Class XII will get an opportunity to join the First Batch of One Year Classroom Program by depositing Rs. 2000/- (towards sincerity fund) which will be adjusted in their Program Fee, if they qualify. For information on how to fill up answer OMR sheezt please download An Introduction on OMR Sheets from REGISTRATION INFORMATION OFFLINE REGISTRATION : Paper Application Mode : 1. Fill in your complete details in the Paper Application Form and submit it in person at nearest FIITJEE along with the prescribed Test fee in cash, a copy of your Aadhar Card & two passport size photographs. You can also post / courier your Paper Application form along with a DD/Pay Order with a copy of your Aadhar Card and two passport sized photographs to nearest FIITJEE. 2. You may also post / courier your Paper Application form along with a DD/Pay Order* with a copy of your Aadhar Card & two passport sized photographs to the nearest FIITJEE and in this case, your Hall ticket will be ed to You. Following this. an online account for Students registering offline will be created automatically and the username / password will be printed on the hall ticket. It is mandatory that you login with this username and password at our Online services management portal and update your Full Profile as early as possible but before the test. Once your profile is complete, You ll see an option to download the Sample papers, View OMR sheet images etc. Students who fail to do so, will not be able to download the sample papers or view their OMR sheet images or check test result online. ONLINE REGISTRATION : Online Payment Mode : 1. Log on to our online services management portal with your existing username / password or Create a new Account. 2. Update your profile and proceed for online registration. 3. If you are already registered for a previous test or Enrolled in a FIITJEE Program, use Add Registration Number / Add Enrollment Number utility before updating your profile. 4. You have an option to pay the test Fee using Master / Visa (Credit / Debit Cards) or through NEFT. 5. Once your payment is successfully done, you can download the Hall ticket from the same online portal. 2

3 e-application Mode : 1. Follow the same steps as the online payment mode except for the payment. 2. Choose e-application mode in the payments options. 3. Take a printout of your e-application and submit it in person with the test fee in Cash at the nearest FIITJEE and collect your Hall Ticket. 4. You can also send this e-application by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE along with the Test Fee (to be paid through Demand Draft / Pay Order*). Your Hall Ticket will be ed to you in this case. An online account for Students registering through Quick Registration on mobile will be created automatically and the username / password will be provided in the / SMS. It is mandatory that you login with this username and password at our Online services management portal Update your Full Profile as early as possible but before the test. Once your profile is complete, You ll see an option to download the Sample papers, View OMR sheet images etc. Students who fail to do so, will not be able to download sample papers, view their OMR sheet images and check test result online. * The DD / Pay Orders should be in favour of FIITJEE LTD. Open Test, Aptitude Test etc. A/C, payable at respective locations mentioned against the list of Test s given in the Information Booklet handed over along-with Paper Application Form. Important: FIITJEE will send various important information like confirmation of payment, registration, seating plan etc. on your mobile phone through SMS. In order to receive this information promptly, please ensure that your mobile number should not be registered under NDNC. In case a student reappears in FIITJEE Test, his / her scholarship (if awarded) will be scaled down by one slab so that he / she does not have any undue advantage over fresh appearing students. General Terms & Conditions: Note 1 : FIITJEE reserves the right to change / cancel any program, test date, test centre, eligibility criterion & course fee without prior notice. Note 2 : FIITJEE reserves the right to offer any study centre other than the one opted by the student, subject to availability / constraints of seats. Note 3 : Once admission is granted to the hostel, students will not be permitted to withdraw during the course of the academic session and no refund will be made during midsession. Note 4 : Registration fee will not be refunded in any case or transferred to any other Admission Test Date. Note 5 : Once a student joins the study centre offered, (irrespective of his / her choice of study centre before joining) no request for change of study centre will be entertained, nor will the course fee paid be refunded under any circumstances. Note 6 : The Registered Office of FIITJEE Limited is at New Delhi. In case of dispute, students / parents are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate courts in Delhi / New Delhi only. All disputes shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. 6
