1 From the East Worshipful Daniel S. Bautista WELCOME LODGE NO.255 Brethren, As the year continues down, it is hard to believe that we're in the month of June. It won't be too long and soon we will be going dark for the months of July and August for this Masonic year. The first half of the year has brought us more pride to our lodge as we have initiated more brothers to join our fraternity. It has seems like we have been busy since Day One of this year at our lodge, and yet there is so much more that still needs to be taken care of in our upcoming schedules. Again, I would like to say thank you to all the brethren who have given their extra efforts in not only in our degrees, but in every aspect of our Masonic events this year. F.&A.M. Trestleboard June W. Bush St. Lemoore, Ca (559) June 17th will be our School Of Instruction event, which will be held at the Tulare Lodge. It is highly recommended by our 616th District Inspector WB Peter Cunningham, to please come and attend this event. There will be a special guest visiting from the Grand Lodge in San Francisco who will be discussing very important information regarding our own Masonic Benefit. Dinner will be served, and it is encouraged for our Brethren to please invite their wives and significant others to attend. However, it is recommended to please reserve a spot through WB Pete Cunningham no later than June 4th. Please ensure to make your reservation at your earliest convenience. Additionally, Sunday, June 21st is our Lodge Picnic. This event will be held at the Lemoore Park on Bush Street. I encourage you all to please bring your family and friends, and to come celebrate and have fun with each other. The barbecue will start at 11:00 a.m. And it is encouraged for brethren to bring some of their favorite desserts to share with everyone. Fraternally Yours, Daniel Bautista Master of the Lodge

2 Brethren, From the West Brother Jack Cloud SW Cont Our fundraising efforts will start again in the month of June as we start raising money for our schools program. Please listen for dates and times of the events, to be announced at the meetings. Join us for as many of these events as possible. We made good progress last year and we hope to have an extensive cache of funds available for the purchase of our backpacks this year. When you see Brother Ed Kaczynski in the Lodge, give him a huge pat on the back. In my time in Masonry, he will be the first Brother that I ve witnessed do long form proficiency in the EA and FC degrees and I have no doubt that he will follow suite with the Master Mason Proficiency. Congrats Brother Ed on your accomplishment and for being raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason. There will be several degrees going on in the month of June as we attempt to get our EA s passed to the degree of Fellowcraft before we go dark for the summer. Please come out, show your support for our new brethren, and join us in the degree work. June is our last active month before we take time off (July and August) for the summer. Let s make it a productive month. You may not think that you re missed in lodge if you don t make it, but I m telling you that your presence is always missed. So please make Thursdays a priority to get into the Lodge; the success of Welcome Lodge depends on the participation of all of its brethren. On the Level, Brother Jack Cloud Just a note, Wednesday, June 17 th, at the Tulare (Olive Branch) Lodge, our SOI for June will consist of a program of Masonic Benefits, hosted by the Tulare Lodge, and presented by the Grand Lodge of California. ALL Masons, regardless of degree and their Wives are invited to this event. If you don t know what your benefits are, I highly encourage you to attend, the list of is extensive. If you will be attending, at your earliest convenience, please contact me or the Worshipful Master so we have a headcount of those attending. Our Picnic in the Park (Bush St. Park) will be on Sunday, 21 June from 11 AM to 3 PM. Burgers, Dogs, Chips and Soda will be free until they run out. Bring your families, lawn chairs, canopies and games and let s make this an event to remember. We look forward to seeing everyone s smiling face.
