4 Key Management Staff Wendy Rayment Wendy is the Founder and Director of On Campus Schoolwear. Wendy has extensive design, construction and manufacturing experience and has been in the schoolwear industry for over 20 years. Wendy has assisted many schools with redesigning and upgrading their uniforms. Wendy has a passion for quality designed garments and works very closely with her schools through all stages of design, ordering and manufacturing right through to personal delivery of the finished garments. Wendy personally visits our manufacturing factories twice yearly to ensure quality and standards are maintained. Ben Rayment Ben joined On Campus Schoolwear 8 years ago as Operations Manager. Ben is responsible for the daily financial operations of the business managing all accounts and sales. Ben has extensive knowledge and experience in supply chain management, warehousing and sales. Simone Rayment Simone joined On Campus 13 years ago and has assisted Wendy and the team to grow the business from an administrative position through to sales and marketing. Simone is also responsible for purchasing and maintaining fabric supplies as well as assisting our customers in all areas. Simone works closely with our suppliers to ensure production runs smoothly and on time. Vivian Pickering Vivian has been an integral part of the On Campus Team for 6 years. Vivian has extensive retail knowledge and experience and is currently our Retail Manager for our two on campus school uniform shops. As well as this, Vivian is responsible for Purchasing, liaising with both our wholesale and retail customers and suppliers. Ben has also assisted many customers with improving and upgrading their retail systems and ordering procedures. Ben works closely with our manufacturing suppliers to ensure that best prices are maintained and goods are delivered on time.

We currently service many of Sydney s Private Colleges as well as regional NSW areas. We pride ourselves on the highest quality garments as well as providing exceptional customer service. We work with our Schools and Colleges from the early development stages of design right through to support at the retail end. Where possible, we source high quality Australian owned fabrics and work with very professional manufacturing teams in Australia, Fiji, Indonesia and China. We specialise in made to order uniforms and offer a customised service to every individual school. All of our garments can be personalised with school logos, crest, embroidery and fabrics. 6 ABOUT ON CAMPUS SCHOOLWEAR We have assisted many of our current schools in redesigning and upgrading their uniforms and believe this is our area of expertise. We have a very experienced team of designers and pattern makers which help us create contemporary, comfortable and durable school uniforms and we never compromise on quality. Our extensive range of fabrics are regularly tested to ensure consistent colour matching, durability and quality. Where possible we use Australian supplied fabrics and ship to our international suppliers. All of our uniforms are packaged and delivered to suit our customer s needs and storage requirements. This includes folding, packaging, hanging, steaming and barcoding. We also provide assistance with tailoring and measuring for those special student s needs, as we understand that not all students are the same. It is not our intention to be the largest supplier, but it is our intention to be the best provider to our customers.
