Filling up the Registration Form: 1. Please fill up the Registration Form in Capital Letters. 2. It is mandatory that the Parents should fill the Registration Form themselves. 3. Age criteria must be strictly maintained. In any case, if the child's age does not match with the class he/she is seeking admission to, the management holds the right to cancel the Registration Form (Refer Age Criteria). 4. Attach one photocopy (Self attested by parents) of the child's Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / Passport. Do not enclose Birth Certificate issued by Nursing Home / Hospital. 5. Paste four latest identical passport size coloured photographs of the child on Registration Form, Student Admit Card I, Student Admit Card II and Parent Card. Also paste latest passport size coloured photograph of parents or local/legal guardian on Registration Form. 6. The Registration Form, duly filled-up and complete in all respect, together-with Registration Fees of ` 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred) only, shall be submitted in person to the Administrative Office. The parents or local/legal guardians are requested to bring Original Money Receipt (issued at the time of purchase of Registration Form) at the time of submission of Registration Form. 7. of assessment / observation / interaction / interview will be given at the time of registration or intimated to the parents later on. The same may be changed, without prior notice, by the School. 8. Registration does not imply admission, which is subject to assessment procedure and availability of seats. 9. In case of any discrepancy with the fact, management holds the right to cancel the Registration Form as well as the admission of the child. Assessment / Observation / Interaction / Interview a. During assesment / observation / interaction / interview, Student Admit Card I, Student Admit Card II and Call Letter have to be produced. b. There will be assessment on intimated date for students seeking admission to Class I onwards and during the assessment, presence of both the parents will be mandatory. c. For admission to Nursery & LKG, there are no tests or interviews. The teacher observes / interacts with the child along with the parents. For admission to UKG, an observation / interaction will be held on the same day. Both the parents should be present. d. No request for the change of dates for assessment / observation / interaction / interview will be entertained. e. Student Admit Card II has to be submitted at School, once the assessment / observation / interaction / interview is done.

4 Admission Procedure a. The list of selected candidates will be put up on the Notice Board at the Administrative Office. b. Fee slip will be issued to parents or local/legal guardian of selected candidates against Parent Card I. c. The admission procedure will be intimated to the parents of the selected candidates along with fees slip. It is mandatory for both parents or local / legal guardian to be present to complete various admission formalities. d. For students seeking admission in Class I onwards, it is mandatory to submit Transfer Certificate (Original) from the last school attended. e. Fees, once paid at the time of admission, are not refundable in any case except the caution money (refundable) in case of withdrawal. f. The management reserves the right to have the last word in all matters relating to admission. School Transport The School provides transport facilities but offers no guarantee that a seat in the School Vehicle will be available. When the vehicles are full to capacity or do not ply in the area of the residence, it will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians to drop/collect the child from the specified vehicle stop. is, at present, running Euro II/III compliant vehicle for carrying its students who has opted for transport facility, covering Kolkata, Howrah and 24 Parganas. All vehicles are connected electronically to the control room through GPS tracking system installed in the buses. The vehicles are also equipped with first aid boxes. A lady attendant accompanies the junior students in the vehicle for their proper care.
