1 REPORT ON THE FREEDOM FORTNIGHT 9 th August, 2016 to 23 rd August, 2016 Presented by Pawar Public School, Chandivali Mumbai
2 Freedom means the opportunity to be what we never thought wewouldbe The freedom that we are enjoying today is a result of the unstinted efforts of our freedom fighters.
3 As per the guidelines of the Ministry of HRD, New Delhi, Pawar Public School, Chandivali, Mumbai geared up for the project%freedom Fortnight.&
4 Activity 1 Students and facilitators got together, brainstormed and decided tobringthewallsoftheschoolalivewithpictorialdepictionofthe Indian Freedom Struggle from 1857 to 1947.
5 Activity 1 We recreated a gallery on each of our six floors with huge sun boards showcasing the struggle and sacrifice of both the known and the lesser known heroes of our freedom struggle. Teachers, staff and students worked passionately compiling data for this gallery.
6 The gallery was inaugurated at the hands of Capt. Suresh Vanjari, Ex Army Officer
