1 FCRA Outreach Seminar at Chennai, Tamil Nadu Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreigners Division is organizing a One-Day Outreach Seminar on 29 th November (Friday) 2013 at Chennai to sensitize stakeholders on various provisions of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, Foreign Contributions (Regulation) Rules, 2011 and subsequent amendments/ notifications issued thereunder. The Seminar would be an interactive session to enable participants to exchange views on the subject. Tentative programme is at Annexure-I. The Venue of the Seminar would be displayed on this website shortly. The list of 300 associations invited for the Seminar is at Annexure-II. Letters inviting the associations to attend the programme has been sent by Speed Post at their addresses available with the Foreigners Divisions. The associations invited may kindly confirm their participation, or otherwise, in the Seminar and also convey/ send the details of their representatives (including Mobile Number) who will be attending the Seminar to the following officer on his under mentioned addresses by 23 rd November 2013 positively, otherwise it will be presumed that they are not interested to attend the Seminar and the slot will be allotted to some other association: A.
