The Counselors are requested to call for a meeting with the students allotted to them immediately, discuss about the progress and attendance of the students and submit a report to the Dean & the Vice Principal periodically every month on or before 10h of the month or as and when necessary. They are also requested to have a keen watch on the students and give proper guidance both in Academic matters / attendance / discipline and also in any otheg'issues. The Counselors shall interact individually with each student atlotted to them as and when required for ascertaining the problems / difficulties if any, faced by the students in the institutions and extending necessary help. The Counselors shall have the Mobile Nos' of the students for their reference. tn case of student-admitted to the hostel it shall be the-responsibitity-of the counselors incharge to coordinate with the wardens of the hostels and to make surprise visit to the rooms in the hostelwhere the members of their group are staying' The counselors are also requested to have the Mobile Nos. of the parents of the students and inform and contact them PeriodicallY erml of th /V nci about the performance of the students and maintain a Register for the same' The students sitould contact their Counselors concerned (to whom they have been altotted) immediately and give their and their parents Mobile Nos. for reference.
