This will not be a normal hunt because each child is only allowed one egg. The egg contains candy and a gift coupon to Texas Roadhouse. We were only given 325 gift coupons so the older students will not get a coupon, but they will get the candy! END OF GLORY DAYS FUNDRAISER Tuesday, April 30 Turn in your receipts! SUE WENZLICK ADVANCEMENT DIRECTOR TUITION FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR PREK-4 THROUGH GRADE 8 1 CHILD $ 6,500 2 CHILDREN $12,950 3 CHILDREN $19,350 4 CHILDREN $25,700 PART-TIME PRE-K $ 4,650 Part-time PREK does not count towards multi-family discount CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN GENERATED! Please log in to our admissions software, SchoolAdmin, and complete all the items on your child s checklist! Your goal is to be at 100%! The ONLY way to set up your FACTS tuition payment plan is through SCHOOLADMIN. You must click on the BLUE button that appears to the right of FACTS on your child's checklist. Again DO NOT LOG INTO FACTS DIRECTLY to set up your tuition payment plans! You must go through your checklist within SchoolAdmin. When you see your contract, you will notice that the tuition amount is the cost for one child at our school. For those with multiple children enrolled, you will see the multi-family discount. Financial assistance will be awarded to your FACTS account when we are given notice of the award. We will not know this amount until May. I know and understand that many families are waiting to hear about the awards before signing the contract and that is fine. DONATIONS NEEDED FOR THE ANNUAL FUND EVENTS! Please see flyer for more details! Please spread the word about our OPEN HOUSE on TUESDAY, APRIL 16, from 9-11 AM. Don t forget about our Student Referral program! FINANCIAL AID - BOOST The BOOST program is designed for those families seeking tuition assistance. The deadline is APRIL 17. Last year some of our families qualified to receive money from the Maryland State Legislature in tiers of $1400, $3400, or $4400 per child in tuition assistance. You will need a letter of verification from me that you are enrolled at our school and your 2018 tax form to complete this application. Here is the link for the BOOST program: FINANCIAL AID - FACTS To receive any money from the parish or the school, we kindly ask that you complete the FACTS Grant and Aid application. You will need your 2017 W-2, tax form and your 2018 W-2. When you start this application, you will receive a message that the DEADLINE HAS PASSED and to contact the Advancement Director at the school. I am asking you to CONTINUE completing the application.
