My favourite quote from one of the grade 3 boys in my group was Miss Baillie, I never knew NAPLAN was so much fun!. Thanks for supporting your child through the week, as we say to each student, NAPLAN is a way for us to see how we are travelling as a school and where we can improve. Results are due back around September. Mother s Day We hope all of our Mums in our school community enjoyed a happy Mother s Day on Sunday, hopefully the appreciation is maintained all year. The stall raised $1235 which will support our brain food in classroom. 6-7th 16th October Mon 3rd Fri 21st November TBC December 2nd 6th 15th 20th Grade 6 Production Term 3 Finishes Term 4 Commences Curriculum Day Swimming Program Grade 5/6 Reach Rookies Grade 3/4 Excursion RAAF Grade 6 Graduation Term 4 Finishes We hope you enjoyed the little gifts bought from the school s Mother s Day stall with such love and thought. Thank you Ingrid and her team for organising and running the stall. Red Devils Last Friday we had new signs put into our school gym for Red Devil Basketball. BSPS is proud to be home to the Red Devil and we love to see our students enjoying their sport. We wish all the teams competing in the finals on Saturday the best of luck! Thanks to Steve De Clifford for putting up the signs and volunteering to complete some other work on the gym.
