It was decided to give Xerox copies of the NAAC Peer team report to all the departments for their reference and corrective measures to be taken in due course. It was decided to conduct TQM programme for the I year students. It was decided that the Action plans of the departments for the year is to be collected by the end of August during August It was discussed to conduct National Level Seminar by the departments of PG (Sociology and Economics). It was decided to organise Talent Search Program for all the students. It was unanimously concurred to nominate Prof. H.V. Lakshminarayana, Rtd. Principal, Govt. Arts College, Hassan, as the local representative of IQAC for the year All the HOD.s were instructed to take their students for Educational Trip to the relevant places. 3 It was decided to host 87 th Mysore University Inter College, Inter Zonal Men & Women Athletics Meet from 09/10/2015 to 11/10/2015 and all the staff members were requested to start the preparations for the same. It was suggested to shift the library & computer lab to the new building to accommodate more books & students respectively. It was decided to organise UGC sponsored One Day National Level Workshop on by the department of Sanskrit. Minutes of the meeting held on Sri H M Shivanna, Freedom Fighter & social worker was finalised to be the Personality of the Year who is to be honoured during the annual day program. It was decided to organise UGC sponsored One Day State Level Seminar on by the departments of Economics and Geography in collaboration and also publish a book of research articles with an ISBN No. It was decided to organise UGC sponsored One Day National Level Seminar on by the department of Political Science, also publish a book of research articles with an ISBN No. It was decided to organise UGC sponsored One Day State Level Seminar on by the department of Commerce. Suggestion was given to extend the toilets for boys and girls to accommodate the big number of students. The different departments were suggested to start relevant Certificate Courses to help not only our students but also the general public. 4 It was suggested to renovate the parking area for the benefit of the staff and students. It was suggested to get the new canteen constructed. It was suggested to construct new convenient entrance to the college. Guidance was given to paint the campus building and also do the electrical wiring as it was getting worn out. It was suggested to send the proposal to start the M.Com., course. Suggestion was given for the construction of a new ladies hostel accommodate more girls. All the teachers were suggested to use ICT in their teachings. It was suggest renovating the college auditorium with the upgraded technical and modern facilities. It was suggested to install RO water filters for the benefit of the staff and students.
