1 Dress Casual Day The annual Community Chest Dress Casual Day, aptly resumed its household name, was held on 30 September 2011 to encourage participants to dress in casual attire at school or work and show their care for the needy. The enthusiastic participation of over 410,000 participants from nearly 1,200 corporations, government departments and educational institutions helped bring in a significant amount of funds to enhance the Children & Youth Services, Family & Child Welfare Services, Elderly Services, Rehabilitation & Aftercare Services, Medical & Health Services and Community Development & Other Services supported by the Chest. 2011/
