1 Vigilance Awareness Week 31 st Oct to 05 th Nov 2016 at BMHRC Vigilance Cell of BMHRC organized a Vigilance Awareness Week from 31 st Oct to 05 th Nov All employees took the pledge as per schedule in their respective Department. Essay, Slogan writing, Rangoli and Extempore speech competition were organized. My pc Vigilance Awareness Week 2016 Vigilance Awareness Week commenced with the pledge on 31 st Oct 2016 at 11 am.

2 Citizen Integrity pledge was taken on in main BMHRC Hospital as well as at different health centers of BMHRC (1-8). BMHRC Health Centre II, BMHRC

3 Publicity to make public aware Publicity of vigilance awareness week was done by display of banners at different prime locations of the Bhopal city e.g. Railway Station, Airport, Ambedkar Chouraha M.P. Nagar etc. Publicity in print media was also done. Different news paper agencies highlighted the Vigilance Awareness Week programme in their News Papers.

4 Vigilance Awareness Week Function Vigilance Awareness Week was concluded on by distributions of prizes. The chief guest of the programme was Mr. Jaideep Prasad, IG Police, Economic Offence wing (MP Police). The programme was addressed by Vigilance Officer, Dr. Shubhanjali Joshi, Dr. Prabha Desikan, Incharge Director and Chief Guest Mr. Jaideep Prasad, IG Police, Economic Offence wing (MP Police). Essay Competition An essay Competition was held on the topic Public participation in promoting Integrity and eradication corruption 1 st prize to Mrs. Soumya Anne Tripathi, PS to Director and 2 nd prize to Mr. Hemant Pandey, Junior Research Fallow, Department of Research. Chief Guest Mr. Jaideep Prasad, IG Police, Economic Offence wing (MP Police) distributing prizes to winners of Essay competition. Slogan Co mpetition

5 Slogan Competition A Slogan competition was held on the topic Integrity 1 st prize to Ms. Manoj Kumar, Pharmacist, Mini Unit 4, and 2 nd prize to Mr. Jitendra Sharma, Pharmacist, Mini Unit 3. Dr. Prabha Desikan, Director, BMHRC, Bhopal distributing prizes to winners of Slogan competition.

6 Rangoli Competition A Rangoli Competition was held on the topic Patriotism. 1 st prize to Group of Mrs. Soumya Anne Tripathi, PS to Director, Ms. Kirti Nair, PA to Director, Ms. Renu Pal, PA to Director, and 2 nd prize to Group of Mrs. Kamini Tiwari, PA to DDES, Mrs. Shreelekha Nair, PA to P & A Department. Dr. Shubhanjali Joshi, Vigilance Officer, BMHRC, Bhopal distributing prizes to winners of Rangoli competition.

7 Extempore Speech Competition A Extempore Competition was held 1 st prize to Ms. Anju Peter, Student of Nursing College and 2 nd prize to Mr. Ram Prakash Punde, Junior Research Fallow, Department of Research. Mr. Jaideep Prasad, IG Police, Economic Offence wing (MP Police) distributing prizes to winners of Extempore competition.

8 The Programme was ended with National Anthem by All the Employees of BMHRC. No programme is successful without a competent, energized and enthusiastic organizing team.
