Similarly you too have a no. of duties to perform which are as under : 1. Please ensure that your ward is regular and punctual. In no way should his/her lectures fall short of 75%. 2. You should monitor his/her performance. Please collect his/her result personally and interact with the teachers on that day. Even otherwise please visit the school at least once a month to know about his/her performance and progress in studies. 3. Please ensure that your ward does not waste his time at the coaching centres for IIT, Medical etc. at the cost of class studies. 4. Also keep advising your ward from time to time so that he/she should have a high sense of discipline and responsibility. Your ward should not be found indulging in any activity, which is against the norms and decorum of the school. 5. Please ensure that your ward have a proper and regular hair cut. Colouring or streaking of hair is not permitted. He/She should also come to school in proper dress and footwear (shoes). These things are a part of training. 6. Parents must ensure that fee dues of their wards are cleared well in time, regularly, so as to avoid the accumulation of liability later on. 7. The management has decided to change the uniform of girls from Classes VIII to XII with effect from April 2013 (New Session) as per notice (design of uniform) sent through your wards. 8. Please ensure that your ward is not bringing mobile phone to school. If a student is found using mobile phone on the school premises, it will be confiscated immediately by the school authorities and necessary action shall be taken. 9.
