2 **Please note that sidebar information, including This Week at a Glance and Looking Ahead, may now appear at the bottom of the newsletter. End of 3rd Quarter - all account payments due This week marks the end of the 3rd quarter, which means you need to make sure all accounts - lunch, aftercare, etc. - are current; otherwise, your child will not be able to take final exams. Please call the front office if you have any questions. Registration for Registration fees for the school year are due by March 15. Please be sure to register online via Powerschool. Then go to the school website and print and complete your financial agreement. Send it in with your payment - $250 for each returning student and $300 for new students. In-house registration must be completed and fees paid by March 15 to secure your student's spot for the next school year. Open registration will begin March 18 and will be filled on a firstcome basis, after which, a waiting list will be started. If you register after March 15, the fees are $300/student. Join us for monthly PPM The PTO's monthly PPM will be held Wednesday, March 13 in the cafeteria after prayer and pledge. We've got lots of events coming up in the last quarter of the school year, so please come help us get organized!
3 "Me & My Special Guy Dance" Thhe SVS PTO will host a "Me and My Special Guy" dance for all SVS girls and their special guy (aka fathers, grandfathers, uncles, family friend) on Saturday, March 16, from 6-8 p.m. If you can volunteer to help with set-up and clean-up, please svspto@yahoo.com. Mother-Son Kickball Tournament The Mother-Son Kickball Tournament will be held on Sunday, March 31, starting at 2 pm. Cost is $5/family and includes an afternoon of fun and refreshments. Flyers go home this week. A Knight to Remember Our annual fundraiser - A Knight to Remember - is gearing up. The event will be held on May 3 at Oak Crest Mansion. This year's theme is Southern Charm - so put on your big hats and seersucker suits and join us for an evening of food, music and lots of great auction items. Please look out for more information.
