PHOTOGRAPHS / VIDEO COVERAGE: As a general rule, there are no difficulties with photographs or video footage being taken during the function. Requests for photographs with Their Excellencies will be made to the Aide, who will then approach the Governor-General at an appropriate time - Noted PLAN OF FUNCTION AREA: Kym Hulme has provided a mud map of the route through the NMM to be taken by the Official Party to the adjacent outside area where the function and lunch will be held.
