4 Extend OSHC at St Mary s - Primary School Extend would like to offer our apologies for not having a recap in the most recent newsletters. This is due to some irregularities, however we are now back on track! Our recap After our Book Week theme of Alice in Wonderland, when we had fun competing in a Caucus Race and making Mad Hatter hats, wire crowns, Turtle soup, and our own Wonderland Tea Party, we had to come back from Wonderland and back into our other enticing activities! For Father's Day, we did some cards and decorating to prepare our gifts for dad. There were chocolate crackles and lemon Weet-bix slice to be made and enjoyed from our kitchen efforts. Outside, on the days that the weather allows, we have been having a great time playing Crab Soccer, using the playground as an obstacle course and some new games, like Mat Ball and Domes and Dishes. In continuing our theme of sustainability, we are always welcoming donations from the community. We are looking for such things as: large t-shirts to be used as smocks while painting, sheets to be used as floor covering while painting, toys and games (in reasonable condition). Any donations can be delivered to the SMSK Hall/Extend OSHC program during working hours (7-9am, pm). Sincerely Juels, Team Leader Spring Holiday Program Bookings Are Open!
