1 SPORTS ACTIVITES: A] The College encourages the students to participate in various University, State and National level Sports competition. Our students have participated at University of Pune, Pune City Zonal Sports committee organized various Inter- collegiate sports events and at various State level and National level events is Athletics, handball, Football, Volley ball, Table-tennis, Badminton, Kho Kho etc. The achievement of students in various sports events in the academic year is given below. 1) Cycling : Shri Suraj Sunil More (B.E. Civil) Shri Suraj Sunil More (B.E. Civil) Participated at Inter-Collegiate Competition organized by Modern College held at Balewadi on 03/08/2015 and he secured Second position. He was selected to represent Pune City Zone organized by Modern College of art and commerce college held at Balewadi 2) Football : Shri Atmy Uponi (T.E. Production) Participated at Inter-Collegiate Competition organized by Poona College held at Balewadi on 12/10/2015 to 18/10/2015. He was selected to represent Pune City Zone, the competition was held from 04th November 2015 at Ahamadnagar College Ahamadnagar.

2 3) Handball : Miss Mahajan Mrunal (F.E. Computer) & Miss Dhole Mrunal (S.E. MEch S/w) Participated at Inter-Collegiate Competition organized by Modern College arts and Commerce College, Pune on 19/08/2015. They both were selected to represent Pune City Zone organized, the competition was held from 8th September 2015 at Shri Shivchatrapati Mahavidyalay, Junnar 4) Mallakhamb : Shri Nikhil Hajban Participated at Inter-Collegiate Competition organized by MMCC at Maharashtrya Mandal Puneon 25/08/2015 He was selected to represent Pune City Zone, the competition was held from 10th September 2015 at PVP College, Pravaranagar, Ahamadnagar. 5) Cricket: Shri Ajinkya Shitole (B.E. Mechanical) Participated at Inter-Collegiate Competition organized by Pune City Zone Sport Committee on 02/12/2015 to 12/12/2015. He was selected to represent Pune City Zone organized by Pune City held at Pune from 17/12/2015 to 19/12/2015

3 7. Boxing: Shri Mayur Naik (S E Civil) Participated at Inter-Collegiate Competition organized by MIT College held at MIT Manet, Loni on 11/09/2015 and he secured Second position. He was selected to represent Pune City Zone, the competition was held from 23rd September 2015 at BJS College, Wagholi, Pune. The teams from Engineering, Hotel Management, Management, Pharmacy are participating in the events. Total 30 boy s teams from various College of Pune participated in the event. The prize distribution function of Shahu Trophy Inter-Collegiate Football Tournament was held on 19/02/2015 on occasion of Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti. The Chief Guest for the function was Dr D Y Patil Chief Guest, Shri Malojiraje Chhatrapati (Honorary Secretary,AISSMS), Shri Suresh Shinde (Honorary Joint Secretary, AISSM Society), Shri Ajay Uttamrao Patil (Treasurer, AISSMS), Head of all Institutes, Head of the Department, Teaching and Non Teaching staff were present for the prize distribution function.
