SAVE THE RIVER RALLY Location Gyan Ganga Institute Of Technology and Sciences Campus and area around. The NCC Cadets of Gyan Ganga Institute Of Technology and Sciences had conducted Save Water and Save River Awareness Rally in the roads of city on1st September. Around 40 Cadets participated in the rally. The Cadets briefed the local people about the importance of Water and then explained them about the need to save Rivers. The people were told about the importance to store water. The people understood the need to save Rivers and got to know that Rain Water storage is mandatory. The cadets also told people to give a miss call on so that maximum buzz can be created to save river. Cadets made posters and anners by themselves and marched on the streets of the city to spread the awareness. Principal Dr.Vinod Kapse and NCC Officers appreciated the cadets for creating awareness among the People. The whole event was successfully supervised under ANO Sub Lt.Nitin Geete

Nitin Geete. The NCC cadets have been a major part of the Swachh Bharat Mission initiative and have been carrying out these activities as part of Social responsibility and Community development.the Swachh Bharat week was one among many programmes by Government Of India which Cadets successfully pursued. During the Swachhta Bharat Week, the cadets carried out cleanliness drives in the villages nearby. The NCC cadets carried out a plethora of activities, ranging from street cleaning to taking out a Swachhta Rally. The NCC cadets of Gyan Ganga Institute Of Technology and Sciences as an organization, expressed its commitment to Swachh Bharat Mission, an initiative inspired by the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi. The focus of the event was to spread awareness to all corners of our city and campus through its young and dynamic cadets.

7 4.BLOOD DONATION CAMP Start Date- 2 nd November 2017 End Date-2nd November 2017 Start Time- 8AM End Time- 4PM Duration-1 day Location Jabalpur Engineering College Campus With a vision that blood donation is service to humankind and by donating blood we can help a needy and save a precious life, the blood donation camp was organized by with the collaboration with NCC and Red Cross Society of the college on 2 nd November 2017 in JEC campus of the college. The technical staff of the blood bank units of NSCB Medical College, Victoria Hospital as well as by Indian Red Cross society and Jabalpur was present for collecting blood. Overall 25 units of blood were collected. This camp was a great success with a huge number of blood donors who donated blood for a noble social service. Both teachers and students enthusiastically participated in this Blood Donation Camp. Donors were given certificate for their contribution and initiative, by both the Blood Bank Organisations.The Principal Dr.Vinod Kapse, NCC Officers Chief Pttey Officer Myank Deewan,Red Cross Society In charge Mr. Prakash Lange were present to encourage this Social Service activity. Nitin Geete, Various programmes along with march past and flag hoisting were done under the presence of Director Of GGITS Dr.Manish Choubey, Principal Dr.Vinod Kapse and other chief guests in the college. After flag hoisting and singing national anthem the speeches were given by chief guests and Chairman of the institute Er.D C Jain which fouses on how surpassing many problems we have got the indepedence and we should retain it with respect. NCC Cadets presented the march pas in front of all chief guests and also sang the NCC song. Many prizes were also given to cadets for their national and regional achievements during NCC Camps. 17 9.INDIANNAVY DAY Start Date- 4 th December 2017 End Date- 4 th December 2017 Start Time- 8AM End Time- 12PM Duration-1 day Location Shivaji Ground Commemorating the victorious and historic attack, termed 'Killers' night', by the Indian Navy on Karachi port during the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war, the National Cadets Corps cadets of Gyan Ganga Institute Of Technology and Sciences and 2MP Naval unit NCC,Jabalpur celebrated Navy day on 4 th December While celebrating Shaurya Diwas, the NCC cadets of the navy wing exhibits models of various fleets of Indian Navy and light hundreds of lamps at the Shivaji crossing in Civil Lines. The models of the warships of the Indian Navy which exhibited include INS Virat, Bramhputra, Mysore, Dehli, Ranvijay, and Tabar. The models of Brahmos missile, the submarine INS Arihant, was also on the display. A colourful display of firecrackers was also organised. The programme also paid homage to the martyrs.

The NCC cadets of Gyan Ganga Institute Of Technology and Sciences under 2 MP NAVAL wing successfully undergone Swachh Bharat Internship under guidance and supervision of ANO Sub Lt. Nitin Geete. The NCC cadets have been a major part of the Swachh Bharat Mission initiative and have been carrying out these activities as part of Social responsibility and Community development.the Swachh Bharat Internship was one among many programmes by Government Of India which Cadets successfully pursued. During the Swachhta internship, the cadets carried out cleanliness drives in the villages nearby. The NCC cadets carried out a plethora of activities, ranging from street cleaning to taking out a Swachhta Rally. The NCC cadets of Gyan Ganga Institute Of Technology and Sciences as an organization, expressed its commitment to Swachh Bharat Mission, an initiative inspired by the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi. The focus of the event was to spread awareness to all corners of our city and campus through its young and dynamic cadets.
