BOARDERS SIGNING OUT PROCEDURE Boys will always travel in full school uniform. Boys who do not have school commitments and who wish to go out for the weekend must follow this procedure: 1. Weekends must be booked with the Boarder Secretary by Wednesday tea time. 2. The boarders exeat book must be signed. 3. If the pupil is visiting a host family the following applies: The pupil s parents must submit details of weekend arrangements in writing to the Boarder Secretary by tea time on Wednesday. The host parents must verify the weekend arrangements by ing the boarding secretary. The host parent must sign the boarders exeat book and leave a contact number. 36 GROUNDS AND FACILITIES The buildings, facilities, fields and surrounds of St Charles College are private property and we reserve the right of access. No unauthorised persons are permitted to make use of these facilities during term time or during holidays. The swimming pool, squash courts, tennis courts, hockey astro and all playing fields are reserved for use by St Charles College pupils and staff only. Any unauthorised persons found using these facilities will be prosecuted.
