DECLARATION: 1. I fully understand that registration is not a guarantee for admission and the application fee is notrefundable. Admission is granted only when there is an existing vacancy and the child s performance in the test is satisfactory as per the schools norm. 2. I have made careful note of various details regarding the payment of school fee. I hence made satisfactory arrangements for remittance of school fee within due dates without waiting for a reminder from the school. I will pay the school fee through Demand Draft in favour of Praxy Fernandes Memorial Trust. 3. I have made careful not of withdrawal procedures. (a) In case I decide to withdraw my child and s/he has not attended the school for a single say after admission formalities are completed, i.e. before the beginning of the session, the total charge paid less Admission Fee and Development fund will be refunded by the school. (b) If I wish to withdraw my child at the end of academic year, I must inform the Principal in writing before 30 th March, otherwise the 1 st term fee of the next academic year will be charge and the school leaving certificate will be issued only after the school reopens. (c) If s/he has attended school, even if it has been for just a day, only the Caution money will be refunded by the school.. 4. I hereby certify that in case I do not claim the Caution money paid by me for a period of one year after my ward leaves the school, I will forfeit my right over the refund of this amount. 5. No admission process will be treated as complete until Transfer Certificate on original form the last school is submitted. 6.
