Our institution has been steadily expanding over the years and the present strength of the school has grown up to 470 having classes from LKG to STD-X. The school had already got the N.O.C.

A team of 21 well qualified teachers under the guidance of the principal, Shri. Debendra Sarangi, M.A. M.Ed. has dedicated itself for the betterment of the school.

2 ABOUT US The special Academic Institution, Suddhananda Vidyalaya functioning under Samvit Sagar Trust located at Nachhipur in district of Cuttack was established by Pujya Swami Suddhananda Ji in the year 2002 with the strength of 9 students. Our institution has been steadily expanding over the years and the present strength of the school has grown up to 470 having classes from LKG to STD-X. The school had already got the N.O.C. from the Government of Odisha upto Std. X, and now the school is affiliated to C.B.S.E. New Delhi up to class X. A team of 21 well qualified teachers under the guidance of the principal, Shri. Debendra Sarangi, M.A. M.Ed. has dedicated itself for the betterment of the school. There are 14 non-teaching staff including office assistant, drivers,helpers, peon & ayas for the smooth running of the school. School is also providing hostel facilities for the students. The performances of hostel students are highly appreciated by the guardians. Swami Atmananda Saraswati Ji Brn. Manisha Chaitanyaji, & the residential teacher Mr.P.K Biswal are looking after them with utmost care by providing excellent coaching and valuable guidance. Manisha Chaitanyaji Secretary-cum- Manager of Suddhananda Vidyalaya takes SYM and chanting classes for the children and takes care of the accounts of the school. Furnished with all the necessary instruments and accessories, the labs ensure that the practical understanding of the subject is comprehensive and complete. They are under the charge of qualified staff and Lab. Asstt. This facility has enabled the students to perform experiments, individually, under the supervision of teachers. To develop these artistic skill-sets in its students, DAV offers a number of different art activities as per class level. Considering the significance of sports in life we have provides a modern infrastructure and sports equipments to our budding young sports enthusiasts. We have an operational Football Ground, Handball Ground, Hockey Ground, Kho-Kho Ground, and a vollyball Courts. Keeping in view the importance of indoor games, we also offer the amenities of indoor games like Carom, Chess and many more. COMPUTER Computers, which have become a modern necessity of present day life, have been inducted in the school education, so that the student may learn about it right from very beginning of his/her life. Our school has a grand set-up of computers starting from class I to class X. The lab is fully equipped with hardware and software resources. The school has latest configuration computers and peripherals so that they can also work in multimedia environment. For hardware maintenance a competent group of engineers has been assigned the responsibilities. A well qualified faculty always supports students to achieve positive results. Application forms can be had from the school office on payment during office hours. FEE SCHEDULE Admission fees once deposited is not refundable. ATTENDANCE Students should not be absent from school except for valid reasons. Absence from school should be supported by leave letters from parents and on Medical certificates. On the reopening and closing day of every term, attendance is compulsory. Punctuality is stressed upon. MEDICAL FACILITIES Annual medical check up is done for all the children at school. STUDY MATERIAL The school will provide text books and note books on payment. HOSTEL FACILITIES Good hostel accommodation is provided by school for Std V to X.
