Boarding House Awards Best Student in Academics- is awarded to the student of Std. XII scoring highest aggregate marks in Std. XI as well as XII. Award of good conduct is awarded to the most disciplined cooperative and responsible student.

25 Information for the parents To read and respond to the remarks made in the Scholars Diary by the teachers. To make their own remarks on the relevant pages for information of the teachers. To send their ward regularly to the school, as a minimum of 75% attendance in necessary for promotion to the next class. To send a written application in case the child is on leave. Scholars diary has to be brought compulsorily everyday. To ensure that their ward accompanies them to Parents Teacher Meeting in proper School Uniform. No Half Day leave would be granted under any circumstances. To make sure that their ward does not carry any expensive articles like Mobile Phones, i-pod, Camera, Smart Watches to the school. It is strictly prohibited. In case the child is found in possession of the above mentioned articles. They shall be confiscated. Celebration of birthdays in the form of a party is not permissible. To make sure their ward does not take tuitions from Vidyashram teachers. To note that Boarders arriving late after a vacation will not be allowed without prior permission. Admission to the boarding house shall be denied in case the Child is absent for more than 10 days without notice.

Subject Enrichment Activity 5 marks Speaking & listening skills in language, Practical/ Project work. Overall result Std. VI to X of a student in each subject will be based on Internal assessment (20 marks) + Annual Exam (80 marks) = 100 marks. Student has to secure 33% marks in both Internal Assessment (20 marks) & Annual Exam (80 marks) separately.
