1 Expert Lectures/ Industrial Visits/Activities organized by Staff Webcast of Address by Hon. Narendra Modi, (Prime Minister, India) Dept. of Computer Engg. has organized a 'Webcast of Address by Hon. Narendra Modi, PM, India to students across the nation on the theme 'Young India, New India- from Sankalp to Siddhi' on 11/9/2017. This address will mark the 125th anniversary of Swami Vivekananda s Chicago address. Hon. Narendra Modi addressed students from Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi. The students of second and third year Computer Engg. attended the webcast. C-Programming Competition Department of Computer Engineering has organized a C- programming Competition on the occasion of Engineer's Day on 14 th September Total 34 number of students from Second and Third Year Computer & Electrical Engineering Engg. participated in the event. Mr. H. M. Gaikwad HOD (Computer) & Mr. A. D. Talole Lecturer in Computer worked as judges for the competition. The winners of this Competition are : 1. Ms. Kapadi Pallavi Balu (TYCO) 2. Ms.Tidke Ankita Dilip (TYCO) 3. Mr. Patel Siddik Sajid (SYCO) Mr. A A Patel, Lecturer in Computer coordinated the event. Hon. Narendra Modi addressing the students Engineers Day celebration An engineer s day celebration was organized on 25/09/2017 on the occasion of engineer s day. Mr.R.B.Bhavsar, Retired Executive Engineer in MSEDCL, Nasik was chief guest for program. He guided students on recent technology in engineering and share the experiences of Sir M. Vishveshwaraya to solve the various problems of society. Staff members who secured 100% result and presented/published papers were rewarded. Students were also rewarded for their participation in various events organized on the occasion of engineer s day. Judging of C programming contest Expert talk on "CV writing and Interview Skills" Mechanical Engineering department had organized Expert Lecture on CV writing and interview skills. Mr. A.S.Jain, Adjunct Faculty LoG MIEER, Nashik delivered a lecture and guided students on how to prepare CV for job, Interview Tips, How to face interview for TYME Students on 11 th Sep Expert talk on "CV writing and Interview Skills" Engineers Day celebration 1

2 Cube Casting Competition-Con- Crash 2k17 Dept. of civil Engg. has organized a Cube casting competition on the occasion of Engineer's Day on 16/9/2017. Total 16 students participated in the competition. Mr. Y. V. Sahane, lecturer in Mechanical Engg. was on the Judges panel. Teacher s Day Electrical Engineering Student Association had organized Teacher s Day i.e. Birth Day of Hon. President Dr. Sarwapalli Radhakrishnan on 6 th September 2017 from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Miss Hire Divya V., TYEE Student express humble gratitude towards Dr. Sarwapalli Radhakrishnan. Mr.J.M.Patil also guided students on this occasion. Mr.J.M.Patil HOD-EE delivering the session on Teachers Day Cube casting competition on the occasion of Engineer's Day Expert Talk on Guide lines in project Electrical Engineering department had organized Expert talk of Mr. V.S. Arkadi Retired HOD-EE Sandip Polytechnic Nashik on 15 th September 2017 from 2.00 am to 3:30 pm. Mr. V.S. Arkadi explained about Guidelines in Project through PPT and video. Student Learn techniques of project writing Project development skill in engineering field. Student interacted through different questions regarding automation sector. MSBTE Sponsored staff Training Personality Development Program Mr.N.S.Gorhe, Lecturer from Electrical department and Mr. Shingare M. S., Lecturer from Science Department participated in MSBTE Sponsored Personality development program conducted on 19 th September 2017 at Sandip Polytechnic Nashik. In this training program,sai-tej Sanstha guide about positive energy development in person or student to overcome different problem.there was wonderful question answer session in concluding session. 3 Spark Paper Presentation Electrical Engineering department had organized Institute level Paper Presentation Competition on 15 th September 2017 on the occasion of Engineer s Day. Prof. V.S.Arkadi, Retired HOD-EE, Sandip Polytechnic Nashik was Judge for the Paper Presentation Competition. There are Twelve papers presented in this event. Swachhata Pakhwada Dept. of Computer Engg. has organized a cleanliness Activity in the Department to clean classrooms and passage on account of 'Swachhata Pakhwada' (1/9/2017 to 15/9/2017). This activity is conducted to spread message of cleanliness among students as apart of Swachha Bharat Abhiyan. Institute level Spark Paper presentation Program on 15 th September Quiz Competition Mechanical Engineering department had organised quiz competition on the occasion of Enginners Day on 15 th September 2017 for all students. Mr.Attar Arshad & Mr.Lalit Salunke won the competition. Swachhata Pakhwada - Classroom cleaning Swachhata Pakhwada Dept. of Civil Engg. has organized a cleanliness Activity in the campus of K K Wagh Polytechnic, Chandori on account of 'Swachhata Pakhwada' (1/9/2017 to 15/9/2017). This activity is conducted to spread message of cleanliness among students as a part of Swachha Bharat Abhiyan. Quiz Competition on the occasion of Engineers Day on Swachhata Pakhwada Under 'Swaccha Pakhwada' Students of Mechanical Department cleaned college Campus on Cleaning activity under 'Swachhta Pakhwada' on Cleanliness Activity in the campus of K K Wagh Polytechnic, Chandori. Pledge of Swachha Bharat Abhiyan Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi exhorted people to fulfill Mahatma Gandhi s vision of clean India. The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is a massive mass movement that seeks to create a clean India. Now the time has come to devote ourselves towards cleanliness of our motherland.the students and staff of K. Bus Stop Cleaning on occasion of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan Dept. of Civil Engg. has organized an Sawacchata activity on the occasion of Swaccha Bharat on 28/9/2017 at chandori, Niphad with the SY and TY student. Under this activity following area is cleaned: 1) Bus stand 2) entrance 3) parking area 4) counseling cabin Staff are taking pledge. Swachha Bharat Abhiyan Electrical Engineering department had participated in Swachha Bharat Abhiyan and cleaned the area of Bhairavnath temple at Chandori on 28 th September 2017.In this event four staff members and twenty students participated. Visit to ABB Limited Satpur Electrical Engineering department had organized industrial Visit to ABB Ltd.,Satpur on 7 th September 2017 under the Guidance of Er. S.M.Sheshadri,HR-Head. Student came to know about manufacturing of Vacuum Circuit breaker and SF6 Circuit breaker. Student performed operation of circuit breaker manually to understand various protections. Visit to Ozerkhed Dam Dindori Industrial Visit to water and sewage treatment plant. Dept. of Civil Engg. has organized an Industrial Visit to water treatment and sewage treatment plant, at Tapovan, Nashik on 29/9/2017 for third year Civil Engineering students. Mr. A. M. Was the resource person who explained the students about Various component parts of treatment plant, working principle of treatment plant, operating system and capacity of plant. Industrial visit of TYEE Student in ABB Limited Satpur Nasik. Visit to 33 K.V. /11 K.V. Pimplas Substation Electrical Engineering department had organized industrial Visit to 33/11 KV Pimplas Substation under the Guidance of Er. Subhashrao Niphade on 11 th September 2017.Student Learn protection system of Substation.Student Learn about Vacuum, SF6 Circuit breakers.location of Isolator on structure,safety precaution during maintenance in Switchyard. Polytechnic Kopergaon on 9 th September 2017.In this event they received Second prize. Prof. Mrs.V.R. Khapli, Principal.
