OBJECTIVES -To reinforce level B of the Common European Framework of Reference, by revising the grammatical contents and developing the discursive and pragmatic competences that correspond to this level, and to introduce students to level C (Proficient User) of the Common European Framework of Reference. According to the Common European Framework of Reference, these are the competences achieved by students at a C level: -Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer tets, and recognise implicit meaning. -Can epress him/herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for epressions. -Can use language fleibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. -Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed tets on comple subjects, showing controlled use of organisational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.
