Communicative competence is called as one of the transversal composed competencies in European reference framework. The article focuses on adolescents with language disorder, the development of communicative competence and the evaluation of the problem. The development of communicative competence is burdened because of the underdeveloped language. This constitutes a menace to successful participation in further professional, cultural, political and social life. Communicative competence evaluation criteria and the indicators are posed. Certain correlations were found out in the processing of data with SPSS and AQUAD 6 programs. Keywords: adolescents with language disorder, communicative competence, communicative competence evaluation criteria and indicators.

2 Proceedings of the International Scientifical Conference. Volume II: Social and Special pedagogy; Health and Sport; Overviews. Vairākas pamatprincipu kopumā minētajām kompetencēm, piemēram, saziņa dzimtajā valodā, digitālā prasme, sociālās un pilsoniskās prasmes nav iedomājamas bez komunikatīvās kompetences, kuras izpētei pievērsušies tādi autori kā N. Čomskis (Chomsky, 1965), M.Canale un M.Svains (Canale & Swain, 1980), R.Visemans (Wiseman, 2001), I.Maslo un I.Tiļla (2005), J.Bastrikova (Бастрикова 2004), G.Rickheits (Rickheit et al., 2008) u.c.. Speciālās literatūras (Tūbele, 2006, Трофимова, 2006, Dodwell & Bavin, 2008, Cirrin & Gillam, 2008, Reed, 2004, Fey et all., 2004, Назарова, 2001), interviju ar vispārējo izglītības iestāžu latviešu valodas skolotājiem un autores personīgās pieredzes analīzes rezultātā tika identificēti šķēršļi, kas kavē PVT komunikatīvās kompetences attīstību: mijiedarbību ietekmējošie (nepieciešams ilgāks laiks informācijas kodēšanai un dekodēšanai; grūtības veidot asociācijas, abstrahēt; grūtības izprast zemtekstu); individuālās īpatnības (pareizas izrunas problēmas, nepietiekamas valodas lietotāja zināšanas un prasmes, grūtības formulēt un argumentēt savu viedokli, zems sociālo un kultūras zināšanu līmenis, uzvedības problēmas; emocionāla nenoturība, nevēlēšanās komunicēt); negatīva iepriekšējā komunikācijas pieredze. 235

3 SOCIETY, INTEGRATION, EDUCATION. May 25 th -26 th, ISSN Komunikatīvās kompetences kritēriji un rādītāji Criteria and indicators of communicative competence Vērtēšana ir process, kurā, izmantojot kritērijus, kaut kam piešķiram zināmu vērtību novērtējumu (Geidžs & Berliners, 1999).

4 Proceedings of the International Scientifical Conference.

The criteria and indicators can be used in determining a level of communicative competence of adolescents with language disorder. Its progress provides the development of communicative competence of adolescents with language disorder. As a result, adolescents with language disorder can reach personal goals broached for communication. Literatūra Bibliography 1. Alijevs,R, Kaže N. (2001). Bilingvālā izglītība. Teorija un dzīve.
