13 What you and your child can do Go through and test your child the Sight Words Encourage your child to read o o o o o e.g. read to and with your child e.g. bring your child to the library e.g. have lots of reading material at home e.g. let your child read books on their special interests e.g. talk about the book (characters, favourite parts, etc)
