Good book for intermediate learners By kim This book is really amazing. The vocabulary is very up-to-date, and as someone who interacts with Koreanspeakers all the time, that's very important to me. Most of the other grammar books I've read often have language that's out-of-date or awkward phrasing. The book is not a particularly easy read -- you should have an understanding of the Korean alphabet -- but I really saw an improvement after reading it. The book's quite long, too, so it should last a while. Overall, if you're looking to find a comprehensive, challenging Korean grammar resource, this book is the one! 7 of 7 people found the following review helpful. best korean grammar book so far By smkim I bought this book about a year ago and so far it's been great. The book makes you practice your reading and writing which was different from the other grammar books I've studied. It's also a lot more interesting because of the stories they've incorporated. 6 so far excellent By Karen D I'm a dead beginner, so alot of even the beginner stuff is too advanced for me. But it looks excellent. even tho the book is too advanced for me, but I find knowing grammar helps me understand quicker. My current plan is to read it and take notes of interesting concepts and then come back and actually study it. Lots of stuff I hadn't a clue about on honorifics etc. Also very well structured and it doesn't look boring like some grammar books can - it varies enough to be interesting.
