1 World Health Rating Scale Name: Country Use the Health Profile Data Sheet to find the information about your country. Female Life % of Under Infant Rate Births Gross Income Rate Rate the country on a scale of 1 to 10 for each of these categories in the following manner. In the chart below, circle the range in which your number falls for each category. On the top line of the chart find the rating for each category and enter it in the spaces below the chart. When you have entered all seven numbers (1-10), add them, and divide by 7 to get an overall Health Rating for the country.
