9 Situation: Northwest K-8 School LL will open for the School Year. Cunningham Creek Elementary currently has 984 PK-5 students and a permanent capacity of 646. Switzerland Point Middle School currently has students and a permanent capacity of 887. Patriot Oaks Academy currently has 1603 K-8 students and a permanent capacity of Durbin Creek Elementary School currently has 734 K-5 students and a permanent capacity of 858 (with permanent relocatables). Fruit Cove Middle School currently has student and a permanent capacity of 1080.
10 Situation These schools contain large amounts of development pressure within their attendance zones. All of these schools are currently utilizing relocatable classrooms to house students exceeding their design capacity.
