1 EXPERIENCE EXPERTISE Program In the profession since 1974 and with The Design Forum as owner/corporate director and president since Neale serves as our lead programmer and designer. He brings many years experience in bond issue preparation working with the Michigan Department of Treasury, Bureau of Construction Codes and Bureau of Fire Services. Neale has worked with numerous school districts, assisting them in working with their constituents to establish district priorities for expansion and remodeling. His experience working with groups has helped many districts build consensus within their communities.
