Explain the process through which parents, community members, and building administrators, teachers, and students, including representatives of children with disabilities, participate in the planning, design, and review of the Success Plan [Section (d)()] Both administrators are present at planning meetings, grade level representatives, special education teachers, the reading specialist, and the librarian. b.
